We Are |
TAS was formed with one idea in mind: to bring state
of the art Customer Relationship Management ideas and processes
into the world of automotive retailing. CRM is practiced
by many large companies, but the processes that have been
developed for big businesses are not optimal for small businesses
such as car dealers. That’s where we come in. The
development of the TAS system started nearly 10 years ago,
and today provides services that are simply unparalleled
in the industry, based on sound CRM practice and automotive
experience.

Principals |
John D. Rule, President - Former factory executive, with more than 35 years of automotive experience at the retail, wholesale, and vendor levels. Business degrees include an MBA. John is
an active dealership consultant specializing in Market Development
and Customer Satisfaction / Retention issues. He is also
an enthusiastic but too-infrequent skier.
William R. Brunner, Vice-President - Third-generation
auto dealer, engineer, attorney, former Chairman of The New Jersey Coalition of Automobile Retailers,
and specialist in fixed operations. Also an avid hockey
player. Bill is one of the rare dealers who understands
the inner workings of the parts and service departments.
John J. Higgins, Vice President, OEM Relations
- Process and systems designer with more than 30 years of
automotive retail and wholesale experience in sales, marketing,
service, parts and body shop operations. Developed, implemented
and managed innovative solutions for more than five hundred
dealers, twenty automobile manufacturers and an international
consulting firm. Experience includes executive management
positions with four automobile manufacturers, and business
degrees include an MBA.
