            So you’ve hired the best staff you can find, and set up an operations center.  Your people have been trained, and your phone system is ready to go.  All the pieces are in place to gain a competitive edge, but there are still more opportunities.  This is where TAS fits in: our specialized processes can help improve your ROI by targeting customers who may otherwise be very difficult to spot. 
Starting with an early-morning data pull from client host systems, our computers work with current transactional records as well as third-party information to provide daily and weekly calling lists and specialized reports. Examples of calling lists include:

  • Customers who may be defecting.  Some of these have moved away, have already acquired a new vehicle from a competitor, or are otherwise non-retrievable.  But experience shows that many of them can be recovered, if someone takes the time to reach out to them.  We know who they are, and can point them out for you.
  • Customers with special order parts that have been received.  These parts represent pre-sold labor, but if not sold or returned promptly represent something worse: obsolescence.  TAS processes can help turn these orders into bottom-line profits.
  • Bird-dog references.  Customers who have been recently in for service, whose profile matches tailored parameters, are your strongest prospects for new sales opportunities.  We can spotlight these individuals.
  • Customers who are due for service.  We don’t advocate calling every customer who is due for service – direct mail is more effective for most of them and less costly.  But high-value customers – those who you cannot afford to lose – should be called individually, just so they know how much you care.  We know who those folks are, and when they’re due.
  • Proprietary lists, designed to match your criteria.  If you can define the customer you want to reach, we can find them.

 

These lists can be sent to you as formatted reports ready for manual calling, or as data files that can be loaded into your automated systems.  Files can be sent as e-mail attachments or forwarded directly to your FTP site.  In today’s market you must be ready to move with every shift in the competitive landscape – TAS can move right with you.
